Aberystwyth is a fantastic town for both an activity filled getaway or just a relaxing break with a few gentle scenic walks.
Aberystwyth has a wide variety of attractions on offer including the stunning Constitution Hill and Cliff Railway, Aberystwyth Castle, the Ceredigion Museum as well as the National Library of Wales. The town also boasts a stunning beach and promenade along with its famous Royal Pier, not forgetting to ‘Kick the Bar’ at the end of the promenade.
For the outdoor lovers then there is an abundance of walking and cycling in the area as well as visiting some stunning places such as Penglais Nature Park or Pen Dinas ancient hill fort.
There are a number of great days out within a short distance of the town such as: Vale of Rheidol steam railway which takes you into the heart of the country, Devil’s Bridge waterfalls and bridges and Rheidol Valley.
There is also an abundance of restaurants, cafes and shops to visit whilst you are here so you can make your stay as busy or as free as you like!
