We are putting in the below measures and ask both our customers and team to play their part in ensuring a safe surrounding for all:
Face Masks for Staff and Customers
All staff members (other than medically exempt) will wear face masks whilst at work. We require all customers to wear a face mask except when seated at your table (unless you have a medical reason not to do so).
‘Rule of 6’ – We can accept bookings for a group of up to 6 people from multiple households.
We are asking all customers to sanitise their hands upon arrival to the pub and all of team are washing and sanitising their hands regularly.
We ask all customers and our team members to practise safe social distancing and to please be courteous to others in tight spaces around the pub. We have reduced the number of tables and seats to ensure safer distances between tables and diners.
Our team are regularly cleaning and sanitising “touch areas” around the pub every 30 minutes as well as regular cleaning of our toilets.
Seated Service & Queueing
We are offering seated service only. Please wait to be seated upon arrival, your server will come to you. You may be asked to wait if tables are full.
Track and Trace
Your booking details will be used for Track and Trace should they be needed however if you come along without a reservation then we’ll ask for your details on arrival.
As much as we love interaction with each other, at the moment we need to try and limit this as much as possible so we encourage contactless/card payments.
Staff Health Checks
Staff will undertake temperature and health checks upon arrival for their shift to ensure they are fit to work.

Our guests can rest assured that we are doing everything we can to provide a safe and relaxing stay. In addition to the above measures, we are also introducing the following operating procedures in our accommodation:
Deep Cleaning and Sanitising of Bedrooms
All of our bedrooms receive a deep clean and full sanitisation upon check out of each guest.
Daily Room Service
Our rooms are serviced daily as standard however you will be asked in your arrival letter to notify us if you would rather not have housekeeping enter your room during your stay.
Digital Guest Folder
We have digitised our guest information folder which you can access online.
Our usual breakfast buffet table is not available to guests but items are available upon request from your server.
